Nema controller

NEMA luminaire controller is a smart lighting control device designed for outdoor luminaires equipped with a standardized NEMA socket. It enables remote control, dimming, and real-time monitoring of street and area lighting through wireless connectivity.

The controller supports 0–10 V or DALI/D4i dimming protocols, allowing seamless integration with modern LED drivers. Integrated sensors — including ambient light sensing, an optional motion sensor, and GPS — together with an astronomical clock enable adaptive lighting schedules, optimized use of natural daylight, and location-based automation.

Wireless connectivity via NB-IoT or LTE-M ensures reliable remote control, over-the-air software updates, and data transmission. Fast, tool-free installation using a NEMA twist-lock socket allows the system to be deployed quickly and easily scaled.

  • Integrated local cellular communication module;

  • Integrated real-time clock and astronomical calendar;

  • Two universal external communication/control interfaces, software-configurable;

  • Remote software updates (OTA);

  • Integrated GPS receiver (optional);

  • 4G LTE GSM communication module with integrated GPS (optional).

Zhaga controller

Zhaga luminaire controller is a compact, smart lighting control module designed for outdoor LED luminaires equipped with a Zhaga Book 18 socket interface. It enables advanced lighting control, energy consumption monitoring, and remote system management using modern wireless networks such as NB-IoT or LTE-M.

The controller supports DALI-2/D4i dimming protocols and communicates with the LED driver to adjust light intensity, monitor system status, and detect faults. Integrated features include an ambient light sensor for automatic dusk-to-dawn operation, optional motion detection, GPS for location tracking, and an astronomical clock for time-based lighting schedules.

The plug-and-play Zhaga controller ensures fast, tool-free installation in both new and retrofit projects.

  • Integrated local cellular communication module;

  • Integrated real-time clock and astronomical calendar;

  • Two universal external communication/control interfaces, software-configurable;

  • Full DALI / DALI-2 / SR support, enabling transmission of all luminaire driver data (e.g. active and reactive energy, operating hours);

  • Remote software updates (OTA);

  • Integrated GPS receiver (optional);

  • 4G LTE GSM communication module with integrated GPS (optional).

I/O module – cabinet-mounted controller

I/O expansion module is a versatile expansion device designed to increase the number of digital and analog input and output channels in smart lighting, industrial automation, and smart infrastructure systems. It can be easily integrated with lighting controllers, gateways, or PLCs using standard communication protocols such as DALI, DALI-2, and DMX (RGB).

The module features configurable I/O channels, including digital inputs for sensors, switches, and status monitoring, as well as digital or analog outputs for controlling relays, actuators, or signal indicators. Input types, such as dry contact or 12/24 V logic signals, and output modes, including current sink/source operation or 0–10 V control, can be configured to meet specific system requirements.

Designed for reliable operation, the I/O expansion module is housed in a compact DIN-rail-mount enclosure. It supports a wide operating temperature range, making it well suited for outdoor and industrial environments.

  • Industrial automation – expand PLC capabilities using high-density I/O channels.

  • Lighting control – seamless integration with DALI, DALI-2 and DMX (RGB) protocols.

  • Smart cities and infrastructure – IoT connectivity enabling remote system control and monitoring.

  • Process monitoring and energy management – real-time data collection and edge-level processing.

Motion sensor

The motion sensor detects pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles using advanced motion detection technology. When multiple sensors are connected within a single network, the system can increase lighting levels in advance along the direction of movement, illuminating a path, street, or road before an approaching road user reaches the area. The adjustable sensor housing allows the detection zone to be precisely configured and adapted to the specific installation location and environmental conditions.

  • Reliable motion detection in various weather conditions;

  • Detects pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles;

  • Wireless communication between controllers enables the road ahead to be illuminated in the direction of movement;

  • Lighting brightness is automatically increased when a road user approaches;

  • Lighting intensity is automatically reduced after a set period of time;

  • Adjustable sensor housing allows precise configuration of the detection zone;

  • Suitable for street, pedestrian and bicycle path, and other outdoor lighting systems.
