I/O Extender is a versatile expansion module designed to increase the number of digital and analog input/output channels available in intelligent lighting, industrial automation, or smart infrastructure systems. It seamlessly integrates with lighting controllers, gateways, or PLCs via standard communication protocols: DALI, DALI-2 and DMX (RGB). The module provides configurable I/Os – digital inputs for sensors, switches, and status monitoring, and digital or analog outputs for controlling relays, actuators, or signal indicators. Input types (dry contact, 12/24V logic) and output modes (sinking/sourcing, 0–10 V) can be customized to meet specific application needs. Built for reliability, the I/O Extender is housed in a compact, DIN-rail-mountable enclosure. It operates in wide temperature ranges, making it ideal for outdoor and industrial environments.
